Did you know that Amazon’s third-party sellers moved over 4.5 billion items in 2023? With such staggering competition, succeeding as an Amazon FBA seller requires more than just determination, it takes the right tools.
From keyword research to inventory management and repricing, the best tools for Amazon FBA can help streamline your workflow, uncover new products, and give you a competitive edge.
In this guide, we’ll share the top tools for Amazon FBA to optimize every aspect of your business, starting with some of our favorite free tools.
How we chose each tool on our list
Choosing the right Amazon FBA software can make or break your results. The tools in this guide weren’t picked at random or from affiliate payouts; they were chosen because they solve the problems sellers face every day. Here’s what we focused on while testing and comparing them.
- Pricing and Real ROI: Every tool had to justify its price. We looked at how well each platform delivers measurable value — whether through faster research, more accurate insights, or better campaign performance. Tools that offered clear pricing, honest feature limits, and flexible plans stood out. Sellers want to know what they’re paying for and what results to expect, and so do we.
- Accuracy and Data Confidence: When you’re making decisions about inventory or ads, unreliable data can sink your margins fast. We checked how each platform’s estimates matched real Amazon data and cross-referenced reviews from active sellers. Tools that consistently produced accurate sales and keyword metrics earned a higher place on our list.
- Ease of Use and Learning Curve: Most sellers don’t have time to wrestle with clunky dashboards. We spent time inside each tool to see how easy it was to set up, navigate, and pull actionable insights. The best platforms were the ones you could start using effectively on day one, even if you’d never touched them before.
- Support and Seller Experience: Things go wrong on Amazon all the time, and when they do, support matters. We tested how fast each company responded to live chat or email requests and how knowledgeable their teams were about real Amazon issues. We favored tools that offered fast, human help rather than scripted replies.
- Scalability and Growth Potential: Your software stack should grow with your business. We prioritized tools that fit both early-stage and scaling sellers, offering advanced modules without forcing expensive plan jumps. If a tool made it easy to evolve from your first product to your fiftieth, it earned bonus points.

The Best Tools for Amazon FBA in 2025
Best All-in-one Suites for Amazon Sellers
All-in-one tools for Amazon FBA are a great option for sellers who want to avoid paying for multiple subscriptions. These platforms combine essential tools for product research, keyword analysis, inventory management, and more, all in one place, saving you both time and money.
There are plenty of options on the market, but in this section, I’ll highlight three of my favorites. If you’re planning to invest in just one Amazon software, this is a great place to start.
1. Helium 10

Helium 10 is one of the most well-known Amazon seller tools on the market. It combines over 30 high-quality tools into one platform and covers everything from product and keyword research, listing optimization, analytics, refund management, and ad automation.
While there are too many tools to discuss here, I’ll highlight two of my favourites. Helium 10’s Black Box is arguably the best product research tool on the market. It is incredibly flexible, with dozens of filters and metrics to help you narrow down your product search. It can look a bit overwhelming at first, but once you learn the basics, it’s actually quite intuitive with an excellent UI design.
For keyword research, Cerebro and Magnet are two excellent tools that can help you build a fully optimized keyword list. Cerebro is a reverse ASIN tool, meaning you can enter competitor product ASINs to see every keyword they rank for. Magnet, on the other hand, is a traditional keyword discovery tool. You simply enter a seed keyword, and the tool generates a list of related keyword ideas. Each metric, search volume, rank, and profitability, is updated daily, to guarantee you are getting the most accurate data possible.

Personally, I’ve used Helium 10 for several years, and love how everything works together. You can move seamlessly from product validation to keyword targeting to ad optimization without leaving the dashboard.
If you are interested in reading more of my thoughts on Helium 10, please check out our article on Jungle Scout vs Helium 10, where I break down each of these two software in much more detail.
Key Features:
- Black Box product research tool with over two dozen advanced filters
- Cerebro & Magnet keyword tools powered by verified Amazon data.
- Helium 10 Ads automation for campaign setup, bid control, and ACoS tracking.
- Refund Genie, Profits, and Inventory Manager for end-to-end business visibility.
Best For:
Serious private-label and brand sellers who want a unified platform for research, listings, and advertising.
Pricing:
Helium 10 offers a 7-day free trial with no payment method required. Paid plans start at $39 / month (Starter), with limited access to their core tools. The Platinum Plan ($99 / month) is their most popular option and unlocks several additional tools and higher usage limits.
2. Jungle Scout

Jungle Scout helps Amazon sellers research, launch, and grow products using real sales and keyword data instead of guesswork. It’s one of the most beginner-friendly all-in-one suites available, combining product validation, keyword research, and supplier discovery into a single platform.
The Product Database and Opportunity Finder make it easy to identify profitable niches by analyzing sales trends, competition, and demand. Keyword Scout, Jungle Scout’s keyword research tool, uncovers high-traffic search terms and competitor-ranking keywords that can help you optimize your product listings and PPC campaigns.

Once you’re ready to list your product, the AI Listing Builder helps you write optimized titles and bullet points, while the Supplier Database connects you with verified manufacturers, even the same ones your competitors use. The Inventory Manager and review automation tools round out the suite, helping you stay in stock and maintain a steady review flow. In total, Jungle Scout offers over 20 beginner-friendly tools to help with every aspect of building an Amazon business.
In my opinion, Jungle Scout is one of the easiest tools for new sellers to start with because it keeps things simple while still providing users with the most important, highly accurate data. It doesn’t include the depth that tools like Data Dive or Helium 10 offer, but in exchange, Jungle Scout offers an easy-to-learn, all-in-one software without the steep learning curve of its competitors
Key Features:
- Chrome Extension for instant on-page product validation
- Product Database and Opportunity Finder for quick niche discovery
- Keyword Scout and AI Listing Builder for listing optimization and SEO
- Verified Supplier Database using real import records
- Integrated analytics, inventory tracking, and automated review requests
Best For:
New Amazon sellers who want a reliable, easy-to-learn platform that simplifies product research, keyword analysis, and listing creation.
Pricing:
The Starter Plan is $49 per month and includes keyword and product research tools along with one month of historical data. The Growth Accelerator Plan is $79 per month and adds listing tools, keyword tracking, and the AI Assist feature, along with one year of historical product and keyword data.
3. ZonGuru

ZonGuru blends product research, keyword analysis, and business analytics with a beginner-friendly design, making it one of the easiest full suites for new Amazon sellers to master. Created by sellers, for sellers, it includes over a dozen tools ranging from niche discovery to keyword research and AI listing creation. Every feature is built to help private-label sellers start and scale their businesses with confidence.
The Niche Finder tool helps sellers find potential products using a built-in Niche Score that measures demand, competition, and startup cost. You can apply preset filters like Easy Starter or Business Builder to match your experience level, then compare niches side by side to find the best opportunities. The Love-Hate analyzer complements this by scanning thousands of customer reviews to show what shoppers value most and where competitors fall short.

Keywords on Fire is ZonGuru’s keyword tool, which uses search data directly from Amazon’s Brand Analytics API, and includes over 15 data points you can use to filter potential keyword ideas. Once you’ve built your keyword list, their ChatGPT-powered Listing Optimizer can take those search terms and create a polished, optimized product listing that is easy to update or edit. Add Easy Source, the only direct Alibaba integration among major tools, and you have everything needed to research, source, and launch your first product, all from a single dashboard.
In my opinion, ZonGuru fills the middle ground between Helium 10 and Jungle Scout. While the platform is still fairly easy to use, it offers more settings and filters than Jungle Scout, without the steep learning curve of Helium 10. My only complaint would be that the interface can feel a bit overwhelming at first, but once you get used to it, ZonGuru offers one of the most complete experiences available for new FBA sellers.
Key Features:
- Niche Finder with preset filters and visual scoring for quick product validation
- Love-Hate review analysis that reveals real buyer pain points and opportunities
- Keywords on Fire for advanced keyword and competitor data
- ChatGPT-4-powered Listing Optimizer for fast, AI-driven listing creation
- Easy Source integration with Alibaba for verified supplier discovery
Best For:
Private-label sellers and new FBA brands who want an all-in-one suite that’s easy to learn, affordable, and built by real Amazon sellers.
Pricing:
ZonGuru provides a 7-day free trial. Paid plans include Researcher ($49 per month) and Seller ($79 per month), covering up to 20 SKUs.
Best Keyword Tools for Amazon FBA
Want your products to show up in more searches on Amazon? The key is keyword research! The best tools for Amazon FBA include powerful options to help you find the right keywords to attract customers.
In this section, we’ll share a quick overview of the top tools that simplify Amazon keyword research. For a deeper dive, check out our complete guide, The 7 Best Amazon Keyword Research Tools. It breaks down the pros and cons of each tool and gives you a detailed breakdown of each platform.
1. Data Dive

Data Dive is an advanced Amazon keyword tool that helps sellers find high-quality search terms and product opportunities by analyzing data directly from Amazon, Jungle Scout, and Keepa. Created by eight-figure seller Brandon Young, it turns what used to be hours of complicated keyword and competitor research into a quick, repeatable process that gives sellers a clear view of their market.
The platform includes over a dozen tools designed to help you validate, launch, and optimize your Amazon business. The Niche Dive tool automatically gathers the top competitors in any niche, compares their listings, and builds a ranked keyword list showing where each competitor ranks and any gaps in the market. Its Master Keyword List organizes your list of search terms by search volume, relevancy, and PPC costs in a color-coded dashboard.

Once you’ve built your keyword list, Data Dive’s AI Listing Builder helps you turn it into an optimized product listing. It uses a unique “Ranking Juice” metric to show how well your title, bullets, and description are optimized, making the process clear and easy to follow. You’ll still want to review and edit the final copy yourself, but I’ve found the tool saves a lot of time. Instead of starting from a blank page, I can generate a solid first draft for my title and bullets in seconds, then spend just a few minutes polishing them up.
In my opinion, Data Dive is the most sophisticated Amazon keyword tool on the market. It might not be a perfect fit for new sellers, as the UI can feel a bit overwhelming at first, but the flexibility and depth that this tool offers is second to none. For experienced sellers trying to optimize their listings and ad campaigns, I highly recommend checking them out.
Key Features:
- 90-second Niche Dive for keyword and market analysis
- Master Keyword List with relevancy and PPC data
- AI Product Brief and Copywriter for listing creation
- Competitor comparison tools that highlight open opportunities
- Rank tracking and PPC builder for ongoing optimization
Best For:
Private-label sellers who understand the basics and want a deeper, more data-driven approach to keyword research and listing optimization.
Pricing:
Data Dive plans start at $39/month for up to 100 monthly keyword searches and keyword tracking for up to 25 search terms. Their Standard plan is $149/month and includes 1000 keyword searches, keyword tracking for up to 1000 search terms, and 50 uses of their AI listing builder tool.
2. MerchantWords

MerchantWords is one of the original keyword tools for Amazon, offering over a decade’s worth of historical keyword data from across 11 marketplaces. Unlike many all-in-one suites, like Helium 10 or Jungle Scout, each of MerchantWords’ 9 tools is focused entirely on keyword research and tracking. This makes it a strong choice for sellers who already have product research covered but want a specialized tool for SEO and listing optimization.
Its two main tools, Classic Search and ASIN Plus, make it easy to discover and compare keyword opportunities. With Classic Search, you enter a seed keyword, and the tool provides you with a list of related keywords. You can see a trend graph, monthly search volume, total page one review count, whether the product is seasonal or evergreen, and more. For competitor analysis, the ASIN Plus tool lets you input a product’s ASIN to see the full list of keywords they rank for. You can filter by metrics like organic ranking, review count, and search volume.

MerchantWords additional tools include a bulk ASIN search that lets you analyze up to 50 competitor ASINs at once, the Market Insights tool for comparing your product with your top competitors, Emerging Trends, a tool designed to find new and emerging keywords, and their Page 1 Products tool which lets you analyze all of the products ranking on page one of search results for any keyword you choose.
My favourite thing about MerchantWords is just how seamlessly everything works together. Each tool flows to the next, and your master keyword click is always just a single click away. While investing in a dedicated keyword tool may not make sense for every seller, if you’re looking for a reliable software with an excellent, smooth workflow, MerchantWords is a great choice.
Key Features:
- Classic Search for keyword discovery by volume and trend
- ASIN Plus reverse ASIN lookup to track competitor keywords
- Emerging Trends for spotting rising search terms early
- Collections for grouping and managing keyword lists
- Keyword Multiplier to expand keyword sets with related phrases
Best For:
Amazon sellers and small teams who want a focused, accurate keyword tool to improve SEO and ad targeting without the complexity of larger suites.
Pricing:
MerchantWords offers four paid plans: Silver ($35 per month) for one marketplace and 500 searches, Gold ($79), Platinum ($149), and Enterprise ($749) for international keyword data and unlimited lookups.
3. Viral Launch

Viral Launch is one of the longest-running Amazon seller tools, trusted by more than 300,000 sellers since its launch in 2014. It combines keyword research, market analytics, product analysis, and PPC automation into a single, easy-to-navigate dashboard.
Even with such a wide selection of tools available, its Keyword Research tool remains one of its biggest strengths. The tool lets you compare search trends, track seasonality, and organize your keywords by search volume, competition, and even conversion potential. It also includes advanced filters for things like initial startup costs, sales trends, net profit, and more. Personally, I found the tool very easy to use and was able to get started right away without any hiccups.

Outside of its keyword research tool, Viral Launch also includes keyword tracking and a listing builder that integrates directly with it. This makes it easy to discover keywords, add them to your listing, and track your rankings, all in one place. The platform also offers a competitor analysis tool that shows which keywords a competing ASIN ranks for. You can quickly add those terms to your own existing keyword list and also track how your competitors’ rankings change over time.
While the interface feels a bit dated, and it offers fewer tools than many of its competitors, its data accuracy and beginner-friendly design still make Viral Launch one of the most reliable Amazon keyword tools in 2025.
Key Features:
- 2-5 years of historical keyword and trend data
- Keyword scoring for volume, opportunity, and relevancy
- Market Intelligence Chrome Extension for live on-page analytics
- Competitor and reverse-ASIN tracking
- AI-powered PPC automation tools
Best For:
Sellers looking for a beginner-friendly, all-in-one tool that specializes in keyword research and Amazon advertising.
Pricing:
Paid plans start at $49/month for the Core Plan, which gives you access to two years of historical data and basic keyword and product research tools. Additional plans are $79 and $249/month and unlock advanced tools, keyword tracking, PPC automation, and 5 years of historical sales data.
Best Product Research Tools for Amazon FBA
Finding the right product to sell is the first big step in your Amazon FBA journey. The best tools for Amazon FBA make this process faster, easier, and more accurate. These tools help you spot trends, evaluate competition, and choose profitable products.
In this section, we’ll go over three of our favorite tools for product research. But, if you want a more detailed breakdown, check out our article on The 7 Best Tools for Amazon Product Research. It covers each tool in more detail and includes additional options to explore.
1. SellerSprite

SellerSprite is one of the most popular, budget-friendly product research tools available for sellers looking for reliable data without the high subscription costs. It has access to over a decade of historical sales data and is trusted by more than a million users worldwide. While tools like Jungle Scout and Helium 10 often get the spotlight, SellerSprite is a software with a comparable number of tools at nearly half the monthly cost.
The product database contains over 20 million listings and updates daily, giving you access to the most accurate and current data available. You can filter results using more than 20 options, including review count, monthly sales, sales trends, number of variations, and even FBA fees. If that sounds a bit overwhelming, SellerSprite also offers ready-made presets like Rapid Growth, Low-Rated Sellers, and Low Rating Barrier. Instead of manually adjusting filters, you can simply select a preset and let the tool automatically discover products that match your criteria.

Besides their dedicated product research tool, there is also a competitor research tool and a category research tool that let you analyze individual niches instead of specific products. Each of these tools has full access to five years of sales history, which makes it easy to analyze trends and decide whether a product or niche is sustainable or just a short-term spike.
Compared to some competitors, SellerSprite’s interface and design feel a little dated, but that’s a small trade-off for access to more than 30 premium tools at nearly half the cost of other major platforms. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly alternative to Helium 10 or Jungle Scout, SellerSprite is worth trying. It offers a 3-day free trial, and plans start at just $39 per month with full access to its complete toolset (except for product and keyword tracking).
Key Features:
- Very budget-friendly all-in-one software with 30+ tools available
- Database of 20M+ listings with 20+ customizable and preset filters
- Five years of historical BSR, pricing, and review data
- Market and competitor dashboards for deeper niche validation
Best For:
New and mid-level private-label sellers who want an advanced, budget-friendly alternative to higher-priced tools like Helium 10 or Jungle Scout.
Pricing:
Plans start at $39/month with access to all 30+ tools, but no keyword, product, or listing tracking. Additional plans are $79, $129, and $189/month and include higher tracking limits for keywords, products, and new listings. SellerSprite also offers a 3-day free trial for each of its monthly plans.
2. Smart Scout

SmartScout is an Amazon product research software with some of the most unique tools and features available today. Instead of the typical product research workflow, SmartScout offers users a complete top-down view of the Amazon marketplace, helping you find profitable niches and categories without endless guessing.
The Subcategories tool is at the core of SmartScout. It shows real-time data for sales, growth, seller count, and market share for every niche on Amazon, so you can easily track where demand is rising and competition is falling. It is incredibly unique in that you begin researching product ideas from a category level instead of jumping right into product analysis. The platform organizes more than 42,000 Amazon subcategories and millions of listings into an organized, interactive table.
For wholesale and arbitrage sellers, SmartScout’s Brands tool offers a detailed breakdown of every brand on Amazon, including monthly revenue, the number of sellers on each listing, and a brand score that reflects how well their product pages are optimized. The platform also includes tools for keyword research, ad analysis, and an AI-powered listing builder. Its Traffic Graph tool highlights which products are most frequently bought together. Altogether, SmartScout provides 12 premium tools plus a Chrome extension.

Overall, I found that SmartScout’s workflow feels really intuitive. You start broad, looking at categories, narrow down to a specific niche, and then examine products or specific brands. The interface is colorful, easy to follow, and very intuitive.
Key Features:
- Subcategories view with sales, competition, and Amazon presence data
- Affordable pricing options starting at just $29/month
- Chrome extension and mobile app for sourcing on the go
- Includes a basic keyword tool, ad analysis, and an AI listing builder
- Brand Database and UPC Scanner for wholesale and arbitrage sourcing
Best For:
Wholesale and arbitrage sellers who want a data-focused, unique approach to product research.
Pricing:
The Basic Plan starts at $29/month and includes most product and brand research tools. The Essentials Plan ($97/month) adds the Subcategories tool, advanced brand filters, and rank tracking, while the Business Plan ($187/month) includes the Traffic Graph, keyword overlap reporting, and custom analytics.
3. AMZ Scout

AMZScout has been around since 2017 and has quietly built a reputation as one of the most reliable product research tools for Amazon sellers. What stands out most about AMZSCout is its browser extension, which allows users to fully research and validate product ideas without ever leaving Amazon’s website.
Their Product Database contains over 600 million product listings and lets you filter by price, sales, reviews, weight, and dozens of other metrics. For new sellers, there are also preset filter packs that let you quickly discover high-margin, trending, or beginner-friendly products, in just a single click.
Once you’ve found a few ideas, you can use the Chrome extension to check out real-time sales estimates, calculate your potential profit margins, view historical sales charts, and even find a suitable supplier on Alibaba without leaving your browser.

Beyond product research, AMZScout also includes an AI listing builder, a keyword research tool, keyword tracking, and a review analyzer. All of these are great add-ons, but in my opinion, AMZScout is best suited for sellers who plan to take advantage of its product research features. If you’re mainly looking for an all-in-one platform or a dedicated keyword tool, there are stronger options to consider.
Key Features:
- Product Database with 16 filters and over 600 million product listings
- Excellent AI Browser Extension with live data overlays, sales history, a profit calculator, and Alibaba sourcing
- AI Review Analyzer and Product Improvement Suggestions
- Clean, easy-to-understand UI design
Best For:
Sellers looking for a dedicated product research tool with a first-class browser extension
Pricing:
AMZScout offers a 7-day free trial, with paid plans starting at $59.99 per month, $169.99 per quarter, or $399.99 per year, all including full access to the platform’s suite of tools.

1. Sellerboard

Sellerboard gives Amazon sellers a clear view of their real profit by including every fee, refund, and advertising cost that impacts their business. It’s a full Amazon analytics platform designed to show what you’re actually earning, not just what you’re selling. The tool also connects to Shopify, eBay, and Walmart, making it easy to manage all of your sales channels from one dashboard.
The interface is clean and updates automatically throughout the day. From the main dashboard, you can track sales, FBA fees, PPC costs, and individual product metrics all in one place. Additional tabs let you monitor shipping costs, expenses, customer lifetime value, and cash flow. Each section uses clear charts and graphs to display the data in an easy-to-follow format, making it understandable even for new sellers.

Besides analytics, Sellerboard includes several other helpful tools. The Money Back feature scans your account for missing inventory or overcharged fees and automatically prepares reimbursement claims to recover funds from Amazon. While Sellerboard isn’t a full all-in-one software, it doesn’t include product research tools, its budget-friendly pricing and excellent reputation make it an easy recommendation. InventoryLab has been a go-to Amazon FBA tool since 2013, helping sellers manage shipments, accounting, and analytics from one place. Instead of juggling spreadsheets or printing labels through Seller Central, InventoryLab lets you prep, label, and organize FBA shipments faster and with far less hassle.
Its batch listing system lets you list products, print FNSKU labels, and create shipments in one easy step, cutting your prep time in half. InventoryLab automatically tracks inventory across both FBA and FBM listings, calculates cost per unit using FIFO accounting, and updates profit and loss reports after every Amazon payout. In total, it includes over 20 detailed financial and inventory reports to provide you with a clear view of profitability, ROI, and cash flow. It also flags low-stock and aging inventory, helping you plan restocks and avoid any long-term storage fees.

The suite includes popular software such as Tactical Arbitrage, SmartRepricer, and BuyBotPro, all designed to work together seamlessly. InventoryLab, like Smart Repricer, is now part of the Seller 365 Bundle. This bundle includes 10 different tools covering product research, analytics, accounting, and inventory management, all for $69/month. It also comes with a 14-day free trial.

Repricers are designed to automatically adjust your prices to stay competitive, secure the Buy Box, and maximize your profits, all without needing to make dozens of manual pricing updates each day.
Below is a quick overview of the best repricing tools for Amazon FBA sellers who want to automate their pricing. For a more detailed breakdown of top options and how they work, check out our full guide: The 7 Best Amazon Repricers to Win the Buy Box.
1. Aura

Aura is an AI-powered Amazon and Walmart repricer made for sellers who want faster, smarter repricing without a lot of hassle. Using their proprietary AI, Maven, Aura studies your competitors’ pricing behaviour and uses this knowledge to win the Buy Box at the highest possible profit margin, instead of just slashing prices.
One of the unique features that Aura offers is its “Hyperdrive” technology, which can update product prices every 10 seconds, which is up to twelve times faster than standard repricers. The number of products you’re able to use this on is limited (you get 10 with their Starter Plan), but for highly competitive, fast-moving listings, Hyperdrive can give you a big advantage in the race for the Buy Box.
Another great benefit of Aura is just how quick and easy it is to set up. Once you connect it to Seller Central, you’ll be asked to just a strategy (either AI or rule-based), enter a minimum price for each product, and then enable repricing. That’s it. Unless you have a massive product catalog, you can be up and running in less than 15 minutes.

Once you’re set up, you can also choose to enable automation workflows that can change your repricing strategy automatically based on inventory levels, time of day, or specific performance goals. The software also supports multi-marketplace repricing, covering both Amazon and Walmart, with an eBay integration in beta.
While their monthly plans are more expensive than an entry-level repricer, the features, automation, and convenient workflow make Aura an excellent choice for arbitrage sellers looking to win the Buy Box more consistently without sacrificing profits.
Key Features:
- Maven AI, for intelligent, profit-focused repricing
- Hyperdrive technology updates prices every 10 seconds
- Automated workflows based on inventory and time triggers
- Multi-marketplace support (Amazon + Walmart)
- Automatic min/max price calculation by ROI or margin
Best For:
Growing FBA sellers who want a fast, mid-priced, AI-driven repricer that balances Buy Box wins with maximum profit.
Pricing:
Plans start at $47/month for up to $15K in monthly sales. The Essential plan ($97/month) adds more workflows and listings, while Plus and Pro tiers ($197–$297/month) add more users, additional Hyperdrive listings, and more marketplaces.
2. BQool

BQool is one of the most popular Amazon repricers available today, and for good reason. Since it launched all the way back in 2011, it has been one of the most consistent and affordable tools on the market. In recent years, BQool has added a significant number of new features, including AI repricing options and advanced automations to give users full control over their repricing strategy.
Instead of offering just one or two pricing methods, BQool offers more than a dozen repricing strategies, including eight unique AI-driven modes. These range from profit-focused to aggressive Buy Box targeting, giving you the freedom to choose what fits your goals. You can also create conditional rules based on factors like inventory age, sell-through rate, or historical days of supply. Alternatively, you can also design your own custom pricing strategy from scratch. Combined, these features make BQool one of the most flexible and customizable repricing tools available today.

Where Aura shines in its user-friendly design and easy set-up, BQool excels in flexibility and advanced options. New sellers may find there’s a bit of a learning curve, and setup can take some time, but once it’s running, you’re left with a powerful repricer at a very budget-friendly price point.
Key Features:
- AI, rule-based, and conditional repricing modes
- Real-time dashboard with Buy Box tracking and ROI data
- Automatic min/max price calculator and profit guardrails
- Advanced competitor filters and multi-marketplace support
- Integrations with InventoryLab, Boxem, and SellerAmp
Best For:
Retail or online arbitrage sellers who want a powerful, affordable repricer with flexible rules and AI automation.
Pricing:
BQool offers a 14-day free trial. Plans start at $25 per month for rule-based and limited AI repricing. Conditional repricing and additional AI repricing strategies are available with their $50/month plan. Additional plans are $100, $200, and $300 per month, and increase listings and user limits.
3. Seller Snap

Seller Snap is a premium Amazon repricer that uses game-theory-based AI to predict competitor behavior and adjust your prices to win the Buy Box without constant undercutting. It’s designed to help sellers maintain healthy margins while still competing for the Buy Box, even in Amazon’s most competitive categories.
The software’s AI learns from every pricing change and every competitor adjustment. It looks for patterns in competitor pricing and automatically finds the balance between Buy Box share and maximum profitability. This means that every listing you have will use a different strategy unique to that listing. For highly competitive categories, Seller Snap may price your products more aggressively, and for less competitive listings, it may focus more on maximizing your margins instead.
Besides repricing, Seller Snap also includes a complete analytics suite with more than 15 built-in reports that track your Buy Box share, profit margins, and pricing trends across all 21 Amazon marketplaces. The software tracks over 25 key metrics, including price-change frequency, competitor activity, and performance by SKU. Reports can be filtered by ASIN, brand, or region and scheduled for automatic delivery, so you always have up-to-date information without manually creating a report each time.

Seller Snap is a premium tool with a premium price, so it’s not a software I’d recommend for beginners. However, if you’re an experienced seller looking for a way to maximize your profits, Seller Snaps’ advanced analytics features and profit-focused repricer are worth considering.
Key Features:
- Game theory AI that reprices to maximize profit, not just win the Buy Box
- Learns from competitor behavior to optimize pricing strategies over time
- Premium analytics tool that tracks over 25 metrics
- Dedicated account managers and personalized onboarding
- Supports 21 global Amazon marketplaces
Best For:
High-volume FBA sellers and agencies who want a first-class AI repricer and analytics software.
Pricing:
Plans start at $250/month for up to 1,000 SKUs, with higher tiers for additional accounts and advanced analytics. A 15-day free trial and annual discount options are available.
Best Tools for Amazon Retail and Online Arbitrage
If you’re a reseller or arbitrage seller on Amazon, you don’t need to invest in expensive keyword, listing optimization, or advertising tools. Instead, you’ll want to focus on software that speeds up product research so you can quickly scan items in-store or analyze products online to decide whether they’re worth reselling on Amazon.
Below are, in my opinion, the two most powerful tools for both online and retail arbitrage sellers on Amazon.
1. Keepa

Keepa has been around for more than a decade and remains one of the most trusted tools for Amazon arbitrage sellers. It tracks price history, sales rank, and Buy Box data for over five billion products across global marketplaces. You can use it through a browser extension, a web dashboard, or the mobile app. Unlike most tools that try to do everything, Keepa focuses on one thing, accurate historical data, and it does that better than anyone else.
For retail and online arbitrage, Keepa takes the guesswork out of sourcing. It shows how often a product sells, how its sales rank changes over time, whether Amazon competes on the listing, how many FBA vs. FBM sellers there are, and much more. All this data appears in an easy-to-read chart displayed directly on each product page. While it can look overwhelming at first, you’ll quickly start to recognize patterns that reveal whether a product has strong potential or clear red flags.

While Keepa is best known for its sales history charts, it also comes with a bunch of additional tools and features. The Product Finder lets you filter millions of ASINs by category, rank, and price to find products that match your requirements.
Keepa’s paid plan also includes an AI Review Analyzer, which summarizes customer feedback and highlights common customer complaints.
Key Features:
- Tracks price, sales rank, and Buy Box data for 5B+ Amazon products
- Chrome extension and dashboard with data updates every 15 minutes
- Product Finder for category and keyword-based lead filtering
- AI Review Analyzer and historical trend charts for product validation
Best For:
Arbitrage sellers who depend on historical data to choose what to buy, and private-label sellers who want deeper insight into competitor trends.
Pricing:
Keepa offers a limited free plan for basic price tracking, while the Premium plan costs €19 per month (about $21 USD) or €189 per year for full access to sales-rank charts, Buy Box analytics, and advanced search tools.
2. SellerAmp

SellerAmp has become one of the most popular product analysis tools for online and retail arbitrage sellers. Founded in 2019 by Al Carlton, a longtime Amazon reseller, it was designed to help sellers answer three essential questions fast: Can I sell it? Does it sell? Is it profitable?
Unlike larger all-in-one tools such as Helium 10 or Jungle Scout, SellerAmp focuses purely on the reseller model. It combines a Chrome extension, web app, and mobile app under one subscription, so you can analyze products whether you’re sourcing online or scanning barcodes in-store. Each version uses the same clean layout, real-time profit calculator, and restriction alerts, letting you make quick decisions wherever you work.

For online arbitrage, the Chrome extension is the key feature. You can highlight a product name or UPC on any retail website, right-click, and instantly analyze it. In seconds, SellerAmp displays expected profit, ROI, sales rank, and competitor data, alongside integrated Keepa charts showing price and sales history. You’ll also see any restrictions, IP risks, or whether Amazon is selling on the same listing.
For retail arbitrage, the mobile app includes a fast and accurate barcode scanner that many sellers consider one of the best in the business. You can scan dozens of products per minute, check profitability right from your phone, and move through stores efficiently without second-guessing your numbers.
Key Features:
- Web app, Chrome extension, and mobile app included in every plan
- Instant profit and ROI calculator with Amazon fees and shipping included
- Real-time restriction and IP alerts to avoid risky buys
- Integrated Keepa charts for sales history and pricing trends
- Storefront Search for analyzing competitors and finding new product ideas
- Google Sheets export for easy team collaboration
Best For:
Arbitrage and wholesale sellers who analyze multiple products daily and need quick, reliable profitability data on the go.
Pricing:
SellerAmp offers a 14-day free trial with full access. Paid plans start at $19.95/month for up to 1,000 product lookups or $29.95/month for unlimited lookups, with discounted annual plans available.
3. Boxem

Boxem is a shipment and profit analytics platform built for Amazon arbitrage sellers who want faster FBA check-ins and profit tracking without paying for enterprise software. Its three-step shipment workflow lets you create shipments, assign box contents, and print labels in minutes, cutting down the time it takes to prepare and send inventory to Amazon.
You start by importing your inventory and purchase data, either manually or through connected sourcing tools like SellerAmp. Next, Boxem will automatically group your SKUs into shipments, fill in the box content details, and generate all the required FNSKU and shipping labels. Once your inventory is shipped, Boxem tracks its progress as it moves through Amazon’s check-in process, flagging delays and updating its status in real time. From start to finish, the workflow can save you hours each week by cutting out the tedious work that slows down most arbitrage sellers.

Outside of shipments, Boxem is also an excellent analytics tool. The profit dashboard tracks margins in real time by SKU, supplier, and category, while restock alerts highlight low or slow-moving inventory before it impacts cash flow. Integrations with tools like BQool and GETIDA connect your repricing and reimbursement data, so you can see true profitability across all costs and fees. Boxem currently supports U.S. marketplaces, with plans to expand internationally in the near future.
Key Features:
- 3-step shipment creation workflow (fast and intuitive)
- 2D barcode generator for faster Amazon check-ins
- Real-time profit tracking by SKU, supplier, and category
- Inventory dashboard for restocks and cash flow insights
- Integrations with SellerAmp, Keepa, BQool, and GETIDA
Best For:
Online and retail arbitrage sellers who want faster FBA shipments, quicker payouts, and clear profit tracking without paying the cost of enterprise tools.
Pricing:
The Standard Plan costs $49.99/month and includes core shipment and analytics features. The Professional Plan ($69.99/month) adds 2D barcodes, LTL support, and early beta access. Boxem offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required and a lifetime price lock guarantee.
Best Free Tools for Amazon FBA Sellers
While paid tools can be a great way to save time or scale your business, it’s tough to justify the monthly expenses when you’re just getting started. The good news is that there are amazing free tools for Amazon FBA that can make your seller journey a bit easier by saving you time and money.
Imagine finding a product to sell, calculating profit margins, tracking competitors, and analyzing trends, all without spending a dime. These tools help you do just that!
1. Amazon’s Product Opportunity Explorer
Amazon’s own Product Opportunity Explorer has to be one of the most overlooked free tools available to Amazon Sellers. Accessible from Seller Central, this tool is 100% free to use for any Amazon seller with a Professional Seller Account. It gives sellers access to sales and keyword data directly from Amazon, making it a powerful way to validate product ideas or discover new keywords for your niche.

Since you are working with data directly from Amazon, you don’t have to worry about incorrect estimates or guesswork. You can see trends, top products in each niche, and review insights, all updated weekly. For sellers still trying to find a product idea, this is a great way to start.
Besides product research, the Product Opportunity Explorer is also a great way to find the top-performing keywords for any niche on Amazon. You can access a niche report to view the most relevant keywords within any category, along with detailed keyword data.
The keyword list it generates won’t be as extensive as what you’d get from tools like Helium 10 or Data Dive, but the results are highly accurate and based on real marketplace performance. If you’re new to Amazon or working with a limited budget, this is one free tool I strongly recommend checking out.
2. Google Trends

Have you ever wondered whether a product is popular year-round or only during certain seasons? With Google Trends, you can easily track search activity to see if a product is seasonal, gaining interest, or losing traction.
The tool has access to nearly 20 years of search data and lets you filter results by country. You can also compare multiple search terms and explore related topics or similar search queries through its additional widgets. It’s not a tool I’d recommend using on its own, but when paired with other free tools, it’s a great way to explore niches and validate product ideas.
The best part? There’s no sign-in or account required: just visit the site and start researching.
3. Amazon FBA Calculator Free

With the Amazon FBA Calculator, you can quickly calculate the FBA fees and profit margins of a potential product directly from the product page. Created by the team at AMZ Scout, this free Chrome extension is super easy to use and can help validate potential product ideas.
To use the calculator, all you need to do is:
- Find a product listing on Amazon
- Enter your product, shipping, and CPC costs in the extension
- See a display of the FBA fees and profit margin for the product
A simple, easy-to-use, free tool for Amazon FBA that saves the hassle of going to a third-party website to calculate a product’s profit margin.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s)
When should I consider investing in a paid tool for my Amazon business?
While there is no “perfect time” to invest in paid software, I recommend considering it when you start making around 30-40 sales a month. At this point, you will be making a consistent income, and the time savings and premium features can help take your business to the next level.
If you’re an arbitrage seller, this could mean investing in an automated repricing tool, or if you’re into private label, you may want to invest in Helium 10 or Jungle Scout for more in-depth product and keyword research tools.
What software do you need for Amazon FBA?
The tools you’ll need depend on the type of Amazon business model you’re running. Retail and online arbitrage sellers need software that helps them source products quickly, so Keepa and SellerAmp are must-haves. Adding a repricer like BQool or Aura is also a smart move once you start making regular sales.
Private label sellers, on the other hand, need to focus on keyword research, PPC, inventory management, and product tracking. For that reason, all-in-one tools like Helium 10, SellerSprite, or Jungle Scout are excellent choices. You can start with Amazon’s built-in tools, but in my experience, paid software quickly pays for itself by saving hours every week.
Are free Amazon FBA tools enough, or do I need paid software?
Free tools are perfect when you’re just getting started. Resources like Product Opportunity Explorer, Google Trends, and Keywords Everywhere can help you research products and keywords without spending a dime.
As your business grows, though, it’s worth investing in paid software. Free tools can’t track long-term trends or automate repetitive work. Once you’re making consistent sales, platforms like Jungle Scout, Helium 10, or Sellerboard can save you hundreds of hours and help your business keep moving in the right direction.
Which tools do Amazon resellers use?
Most resellers, or arbitrage sellers, rely on three main tools to keep their businesses running smoothly: Keepa, SellerAmp, and a repricer.
Keepa is a must-have for tracking pricing and sales history, helping you validate product ideas and avoid bad investments. SellerAmp speeds up product research by checking margins, eligibility, and potential red flags in seconds.
Finally, once you’re making consistent sales, a repricer like Aura or SellerSnap can help you win the Buy Box more often and save hours of manual pricing work. I’ve used this setup for years, and it covers everything you need to find, price, and manage your business without overcomplicating things.
What are the must-have Amazon FBA tools for beginners in 2025?
For beginners, I recommend keeping things simple. If you want to invest in paid software, start with one, or at most, two, tools when you’re just getting started.
Jungle Scout is very beginner-friendly and includes plenty of educational content and tutorials to help you learn the basics. Another great option is Helium 10. It’s a bit more advanced, but its keyword and product research tools are excellent for finding and listing your first products.
Other great choices for new sellers include SellerBoard, ZonGuru, and Viral Launch. Each of these tools is user-friendly and offers helpful learning resources to guide you along the way.
